We were amazed by the beautiful cottage at Brookhall Farm. Surrounded by stunning scenery, the peaceful surroundings provided the perfect setting for a tranquil getaway. The cottage was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for self-catering. The friendly service, including hair and makeup services for the wedding, added a personal touch to our stay. We especially loved the opportunity to interact with the animals on the farm and explore the lovely trout pond. The availability of Wi-Fi within the property was also a plus. we had a wonderful time and would recommend Brookhall Farm to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

I keep coming back to my favorite place to stay in Lisburn. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me with an insect bite! Can't wait to return for Christmas.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm hospitality of our host, Pauline. She was incredibly helpful with directions and made us feel right at home. The property itself is simply mind-blowing, with a peaceful and extensive countryside that we were invited to explore. Walking around and visiting the sheep, ducks, and goats was a super fun experience. The fact that it is self-catering was fantastic, and there were plenty of grocery stores nearby. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, with the town of Lisburn just a short distance away. We loved taking the train from Lisburn to Belfast and other destinations, as it was convenient and affordable. Belfast, being a walkable city, made our sightseeing a breeze. Hillsborough, a nearby town, was definitely worth the drive, especially if you're interested in touring the Royal family's official Northern Ireland home and gardens. Our children absolutely adored Jack the dog, the small pony, and the mule - they were a big hit! The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable, providing a great base for our adventures along the north and east coast. We only wish we had more time to fully appreciate everything this amazing destination had to offer. our stay exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return!

The cottages were cozy and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay during Christmas. the location was perfect, surrounded by picturesque farmland and offering a peaceful escape from the city. We also loved the variety of farm animals that added to the charm of the place, making it a unique and enjoyable experience.
Although the location was beautiful, it was quite remote, and the nearest shops were a bit far away. It's important to plan ahead and do a big shopping trip before arrival to ensure you have everything you need.

Cottage was well-equipped and had all amenities needed for a self-catering stay
The grounds and gardens were beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time by the fishing lake. the hosts were extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay
The distance to the nearest town or pub was not very convenient, requiring a car to visit local shops or restaurants. One of the heating programmers in the cottage was not working very well.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with a delightful mix of traditional and modern touches. I especially loved the cozy sitting areas with plush armchairs and beautiful artwork on the walls. The hotel's general areas were also very accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways, ample seating, and handrails for support.
I would have appreciated more help from the staff in terms of recommendations and assistance. Although they were polite, sometimes the children working there seemed a bit inexperienced and not as knowledgeable about the area.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Ulster, surrounded by lush farming areas and just a short drive from a nearby Tesco mega-mall. The tastefully converted stable cottage provided clean and comfortable accommodation, with excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. The friendly owners made us feel at home and the beautiful farm with its animals, fishing pond and stunning views added to the overall experience.
The pillows in the cottage were flat and had a strange odor, making them uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

The Pros of our stay at this wonderful Georgian townhouse were many, but the highlight for us was the historic parklands and buildings surrounding the property. Exploring the St Malachy's Parish Church, completed in 1772, made us feel like we were stepping back in time. It was like being transported into a period drama, where every detail was meticulously preserved. The architecture and atmosphere were truly breathtaking, and we couldn't help but imagine ourselves as characters in a Jane Austen novel.
The bed size, a bit smaller than expected.

For the money we paid, our stay at the cottages was excellent value. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a peaceful and relaxing time. The location was convenient, being near the town and close to train stations for easy access to other destinations. The host, Pauline, was lovely and very helpful.
The breakfast menu could have been more varied with a wider selection of options.
